Refund and Exchange Policy
We strive to provide you with quality products and excellent service. Please take a moment to review our refund and exchange policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
Change of Mind - Exchanges:
If you have a change of mind, we are happy to exchange your product within 14 days of receiving your parcel. To initiate the exchange process, please ship the product back to us in sellable condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are excluded from this policy.
Upon receiving the returned item, we will issue a gift card or provide a replacement, as per your preference.
Refund for Faulty Products:
We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive a faulty item or an item becomes fault within our 14 day time frame, we are pleased to offer a refund once images are exchanged and we have recieved the product back.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, but we are committed to resolving any concerns through communication via email, website chat box, or social media.
Please inspect your order upon receipt, and if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately to initiate the resolution process.
6-Month Warranty:
Beyond the initial 14 days, our 6-month warranty comes into effect from the invoice date. If your item becomes faulty within this period, we will issue a gift card upon receiving the faulty item, excluding the original shipping cost. This warranty covers the value of the item or provides a replacement; refunds are not issued after 14 days.
After the 6-month warranty, we reserve the right to refuse returns, warranty excludes wear and tear, which is not considered faulty.
Product Care and Responsibility:
Please refer to our Product Care page to understand how to maintain your items and minimize wear and tear. All returns must be shipped back to Wind and Soul to allow us to contact our supplier and address the issue for future improvements.
Customers are responsible for the item(s) until they reach us. We recommend using a signed-for delivery service or one that insures the value of the goods for your protection.
Cancellation Policy:
We do not cancel orders that have already been paid. Please contact windandsoul@hotmail.com for any issues or concerns, and we will be happy to communicate with you and find a resolution.
For returns, we will cover the shipping expense and provide you with a shipping label to initiate the return process.
